1. Introduction

Welcome to R-Trust Fund, a reward-based crowdfunding and cooperative savings system powered by RAF UNION. These Terms of Service govern your use of the R-Trust Fund platform, services, and participation. By registering, contributing, or interacting with our system, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Membership Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a guardian to participate.
All members must register through a trusted leader or trusted admin with a valid referral link.
Members must agree to abide by the cooperative's ethical, financial, and community standards.

3. Registration and Activation

Registration requires basic personal information and acceptance of these terms.
Activation of your R-Trust Fund account is done through a one-time contribution using a deposit ePIN obtained from a trusted leader or trust fund manager.
False information or multiple accounts may result in termination or suspension.

4. Contribution & Matrix Participation

R-Trust Fund uses a single 10x5 forced matrix system. Your one-time contribution grants you access to earn from five levels of downlines.
Contributions are pooled to provide trust fund payouts, interest-free loans, and community development.
Spillovers are allowed and designed to help members benefit collectively.

5. Earnings & Withdrawals

Members earn from the matrix as others join under their network or via spillovers.
Earnings may be daily, weekly, or monthly depending on system activity.
Withdrawals are processed through approved trust fund managers or trusted admins.
RAF UNION reserves the right to review and verify withdrawal requests.

6. Trust Fund Loans & Savings

Members can access interest-free loans based on their savings and trust rating.
Loans are subject to available funds and community contributions.
Failure to repay or misuse of funds may affect future access to services.

7. Code of Conduct

All members must treat others with respect, avoid fraudulent activities, and promote the cooperative positively.
Any attempt to manipulate the matrix, solicit unethical donations, or misrepresent RAF UNION will lead to immediate termination.

8. Refund Policy

All trust fund contributions are considered community support and are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for completed transactions, except in cases of system error verified by the administration.

9. Limitation of Liability

R-Trust Fund is a cooperative-based platform and not an investment company, Ponzi scheme, or get-rich-quick program.
While we ensure structure and transparency, RAF UNION is not liable for individual losses due to misuse, misinformation, or third-party interference.

10. Modification of Terms

RAF UNION reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via official communication channels.
